3D Touch :
It is nothing but a pressure sensitive display that was developed years ago, as usual apple wants to rename and re-brand an existing feature, Basically this feature allows you to make variation in your touch, that is if you hard press you get some extra contents, most likely its similar to your long press.
Have you seen this before ? Yes. most of them implemented seems a near copy to the Samsung's Air View, the only difference here is that instead of using sensors to detect motions above the screen they have used sensors below the screen to get the pressure. Yes, even the same was used in Samsung tablets before.
Live Photo :
It is similar to the Samsung's animated photo, Sound & shot, where the phone records a short footage and stores it as gif [ graphical image format ], not to wonder the above two images were shot 3'years ago with my Samsung Galaxy S4. In my point of view its a pure rip from Samsung's innovation
12 megapixel and 4k :
As of now, same usual stuff where apple bluffs we have the worlds best camera bla bla bla ....
but still nothing has changed in those section, in-order to catch-up with the competitors they have introduced 4k video shooting
Optical Image Stabilization :
It seems apple was not sure whether to include optical image stabilization or not, So they did not incorporate it in the 6s model but has incorporated in the 6s plus model
Battery :
Developers in apple inc has gone nuts, people are craving for battery life in real world, iPhone 6 already had a poor battery backup, still they have reduced further more here in iPhone 6s where the 6s has 1715 mAh compared to the 1810 mAh of the iPhone 6
