As we all know there is a huge hype for the SGS4, but certain issues made SGS4 to be pushed down in Software ranking,

Jelly bean has a special butter project such that to make the OS lag free,but we feel certain lags during app shifts,but inside the apps the device is a giant and lag free,

UI of Samsung is not that rich,

But every other features like SMART STAY,SMART SCROLL,AIR GESTURES MULTI WINDOW etc made the phone to be feel like in heaven !

For Third Place :

HTC has made a huge way in building the phone

Lots of innovation is the main fault of this device

Camera app irritates us

UI [ Sense ] makes us feel bored

one button system makes us feel more away

more and more layering over a heavy OS like android makes it more BUFFY !

So u almost see more lags.

For Fourth Place :

Nokia Lumia 925 hardware were flawless but the Microsofts Os is just not ready for the market 

Windows OS gets slow as days go on using,

Market for Windows Phone is not so greatly 

architectured

poor overall software experience.
